Contact Information — Phone numbers and email addresses associated with customer orders, used solely for order-related notifications.
SMS Subscription Data — If you opt in to text notifications, we store your phone number, name, and subscription status to manage your notification preferences.
Proof Review Activity — When customers review proofs through our review portal, we record approval decisions and any annotations to facilitate the approval process.
Usage Data — Basic server logs (such as timestamps and page requests) to maintain system reliability and troubleshoot issues.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Order Processing — To track orders through production stages and keep your team informed of progress.
Notifications — To send order status updates, proof review requests, and reminders via email or text message (only to those who have opted in).
